We manually verify every driver and rider on our platform, and phone numbers are never shared between users. Safety is not a feature, it is the foundation everything else is built on.
Riders sign up and verify their identity with a CNIC before gaining access to the platform. This is not the norm in ride hailing apps, but it is our deliberate effort toward building a secure, women-only ecosystem where every participant is who they say they are. No phone numbers are shared between riders and drivers at any point.
Driver onboarding follows a thorough verification process to ensure that every woman behind the wheel is qualified, licensed, and properly registered. Drivers operate as independent contractors, setting their own schedules and earning competitively. Fares are collected in cash at launch, with digital payment options coming soon.

Kuick Digital SMC Pvt Ltd ("Vaya", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Vaya mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Vaya is a women-only ride-hailing platform designed to enable safe transportation between verified female riders and verified female drivers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and share personal information when users access or use the Platform. By registering an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of information as described herein.
Vaya collects personal information directly from users during account registration and during the use of the Platform. Riders registering on the Platform are required to provide their name, phone number, and a valid government-issued CNIC — both front and back — for identity verification and confirmation of eligibility. Drivers must additionally provide their CNIC, driver's license, vehicle registration information, contact number, and other identifying details. All identity verification is conducted manually by the Vaya team prior to account approval.
The Platform also collects operational information including ride request data, pickup and destination locations, ride history, timestamps, driver and rider identifiers, and in-app communications. Device and technical information such as device type, operating system version, IP address, and usage activity are collected automatically to maintain platform functionality and security.
Driver location is tracked via a background foreground service with a persistent notification while the driver is set to "Online," enabling ride matching and dispatch. Location tracking ceases when the driver manually sets their status to "Offline" or logs out. For riders, location is accessed only while the app is open during active use — no background tracking occurs for riders.
We use collected information to operate and improve the Platform, verify user identities, match riders with drivers, maintain platform safety, detect fraud, investigate disputes, send service notifications, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Limited identifying information — such as names, vehicle details, and pickup locations — may be shared between riders and drivers solely to facilitate rides. We may also share data with trusted third-party service providers including Google Cloud, Firebase, Google Maps, payment service providers, analytics providers, and technical support services. Data may be disclosed when required by law or to protect platform safety and integrity. Some providers may process data on servers located outside Pakistan as part of their global infrastructure.
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. CNIC documents are retained securely for identity verification and compliance. When an account is deleted, Vaya will take reasonable steps to remove or anonymize associated data unless retention is legally required.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including secure cloud infrastructure, controlled access, and encryption during data transmission. No method of internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. Vaya does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If such information is collected inadvertently, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
Vaya may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or platform operations. Updated versions will be available within the application or on this website. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the Vaya mobile application and related services provided by Kuick Digital SMC Pvt Ltd ("Vaya", "we", "our", or "us"). By registering for or using the Platform, users agree to comply with these Terms. If a user does not agree, they must not access or use the Platform.
Vaya is a women-only ride-hailing platform. By creating an account, users confirm that they are female and at least 18 years of age, and that the account will only be used by a female individual. Any misrepresentation of gender or identity, including the use of an account by a male individual, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate and permanent removal from the Platform. Vaya is not liable if a user misrepresents their identity or manages to bypass verification procedures, but upon discovery of such activity the account will be permanently terminated.
Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Riders must submit a valid CNIC for identity verification. Drivers must submit their CNIC, driver's license, vehicle registration, and other required documents for manual approval before accepting ride requests. Vaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, incomplete, or misleading information or fail to meet the Platform's eligibility requirements.
The Platform allows riders to request transportation from nearby drivers via the application. Riders may view available drivers, request rides, and communicate with drivers using the in-app messaging system. Riders are responsible for paying the agreed fare, which at launch will be collected in cash directly by the driver. Vaya may facilitate digital payouts to drivers through third-party payment systems such as bank transfers or mobile wallet services.
Drivers on the Platform operate as independent contractors, not as employees, agents, or partners of Vaya. Drivers are solely responsible for their vehicles, driving conduct, insurance coverage, licenses, taxes, and compliance with applicable traffic and transportation laws. Vaya provides a technology platform that enables riders and drivers to connect but does not itself provide transportation services. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Vaya and any driver.
Users agree to behave responsibly and respectfully while using the Platform. Riders must not bring male companions during rides. Drivers must not transport male passengers or allow male companions to participate in rides through the Platform. Any behavior that threatens safety, violates the women-only policy, involves harassment, fraud, misuse of the Platform, or violates applicable law may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
Driver location is tracked while the driver remains online in the application in order to identify nearby riders and facilitate ride requests. Rider location is accessed only while the application is open and during ride requests or active rides. Users acknowledge and agree to this location usage as part of the Platform's core functionality.
Vaya may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms, engages in unsafe conduct, misrepresents identity, or otherwise undermines the safety or integrity of the service. Vaya may investigate complaints, incidents, or suspicious behavior and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required.
The Platform, including all content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements, is owned by Kuick Digital SMC Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written consent.
Vaya provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Vaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including disputes between riders and drivers or incidents that occur during transportation services arranged through the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
Vaya may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be published within the application or on the Platform's website, and continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
